At Junior CHYK (stands for Chinmaya Yuva Kendra) we want to empower our youth with the vision, values and dynamism for success in all fields. Exposure to values from the Scriptures equip teenagers not only to face life, but to tap into their inner, infinite potential to become dynamic young men and women of integrity.

Weekly classes offer a fun, interactive and safe space for teenagers to explore issues that affect their everyday lives drawing on the timeless values contained within Indian philosophy. Classes are run by young, vibrant and trained volunteers who become mentors and support teenagers without any judgment. They also enjoy cultural celebrations, meet for social and cultural events and participate in community work, forming lifetime friendships that they can lean on.
